Parágrafo 2

del artículo 7º del Decreto 3086 de 1997, quedará así: "

Parágrafo 2

El valor total del patrimonio adicional de una sociedad de capitalización no podrá exceder del ciento por ciento (100%) del patrimonio básico. En caso de que el patrimonio básico una vez efectuadas las deducciones al mismo, resulte inferior a cero, el patrimonio técnico se tomará con valor cero".
