ART 145. Las disposiciones de los artículos precedentes comprenden en igual forma á los extranjeros que se hallaren al servicio de Colombia, aunque no hubieren obtenido carta de naturaleza.

El colombiano que haya perdido la calidad de nacional, si fuere código con las armas en la mano en guerra contra Colombia, será juzgado y penado como traidor en los términos de esta ley.

Los extranjeros naturalizados y los domiciliados en Colombia no serán obligados á hacer armas contra el país de su origen.
