Pruebas en segunda instancia. Con el fin de aclarar puntos oscuros o dudosos, el Tribunal Nacional de Etica Profesional o en el Consejo Profesional de Medicina Veterinaria y Zootecnia de Colombia según sea el caso, podrá decretar pruebas de oficio, las que se deberán practicar en el término de treinta (30) días hábiles.
