Deberes de la Fiscalía General de la Nación. El Fiscal deberá adoptar las medidas adecuadas para proteger la seguridad, el bienestar físico y psicológico, la dignidad y la vida privada de las víctimas y los testigos. Con este fin, el Fiscal tendrá en cuenta todos los factores pertinentes, incluidos la edad, el género y la salud, así como la índole de la conducta punible, en particular cuando este entrañe violencia sexual o por razones de género o violencia contra menores de edad. En especial, el Fiscal adoptará estas medidas en el curso de la investigación de tales conductas.
