° Vigencias. Continúan vigentes las disposiciones sobre seguros denominados en divisas contenidas en el Decreto 2821 de 1991, parcialmente derogado por el Decreto 1254 de 1992. El presente Decreto rige desde la fecha de su publicación y se aplica a las operaciones de cambio que se efectúen a partir del 1° de octubre de 1993. No obstante lo anterior, las operaciones de cambio celebradas con anterioridad al 1° de octubre de 1993 continuarán sujetándose a los requisitos y condiciones vigentes al momento de su celebración.
