Art. 1.° El período de los Diputados i Comisarios a la Cámara de Representantes coincidirá precisamente con el de los Senadores i Representantes.

Parágrafo

Respecto de los Diputados i Comisarios que terminen sus funciones en el presente año, se harán en los respectivos Territorios elecciones por el tiempo que falte para concluir el periodo de los actuales Senadores i Representantes.
