De las sanciones . Las sanciones en materia aduanera, tributaria y cambiaria que sean aplicables a los usuarios de las Zonas Francas, serán impuestas a los usuarios por la entidad competente, cuando se incumplan los requisitos establecidos por las normas legales para cada caso.
