Artículo transitorio 1°. Hasta tanto se expida la reglamentación especial a que hace referencia el numeral 4 del artículo 318 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, adicionado mediante el artículo 43 de la presente ley, la Superintendencia Financiera ejercerá las funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control del Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras bajo la normatividad vigente.
