Decreto 3980 de 2004 · por el cual se determinan los Aranceles Intracuota, Extracuota y los Contingentes Anuales para la importación de maíz amarillo, maíz blanco, fríjol soya y fibra de algodón en desarrollo del Mecanismo Público de Administración de Contingentes Agropecuarios (MAC) para 2005.

°. Vigencia . Los Contingentes Anuales y los Aranceles Intracuota determinados en los artículos 1 ° y 2° del presente decreto regirán como se indica a continuación

Para las subpartidas arancelarias 1005.90.11.00 y 1005.90.12.00, correspondientes al maíz amarillo y al maíz blanco, respectivamente, a partir del 1° de enero de 2005 y hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2005.

Para las subpartidas arancelarias 1201.00.90.00 y 5201.00.00.21, correspondientes al fríjol soya y a la fibra corta de algodón, respectivamente, a partir del 1° de diciembre de 2004 y hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2005.
