ARTICULO 4o. Adiciónase el artículo 10 del Decreto 2360 de 1993 con el siguiente

o. Las personas jurídicas de derecho público y las entidades descentralizadas del sector público en sus diferentes órdenes no serán sujetos de la aplicación de lo previsto en el presente artículo.”
