La devolución de depósitos bancarios hechos para la expedición de libretas de pasaportes que no hubieren sido utilizadas, deberán ser solicitadas al Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores dentro de los seis (6) meses siguientes a la fecha del depósito.
