RÉGIMEN DE EJECUCIÓN DE RECURSOS. Los actos o contratos que expidan o celebren los territorios indígenas ubicados en áreas no municipalizadas de los departamentos de Amazonas, Guainía y Vaupés, se regirán por las normas del Estatuto Orgánico de Presupuesto, el Estatuto General de Contratación de la Administración Pública, las normas contables definidas por la Contaduría General de la Nación y las demás disposiciones complementarias.
