El Ministerio de Comunicaciones podrá expedir duplicados de las licencias del servicio de radioaficionados. Para el efecto se requiere: solicitud escrita del interesado, devolver el carné deteriorado o la denuncia por pérdida de la respectiva licencia, recibo de pago a favor del Fondo de Comunicaciones por un valor equivalente a quince (15) salarios mínimos legales diarios y paz y salvo por todo concepto con el Ministerio de Comunicaciones.
