De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 157 del Decreto-ley 960 de 1970, modificado por el artículo 44 del Decreto-ley 2163 de 1970 inciso 2°, la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro mediante resolución determinará la sede específica para el funcionamiento de la Notaría Única de Necoclí".
