° Elaborada y suscrita el acta en la forma indicada en el artículo 2°, se recepcionará el testimonio con las formalidades establecidas en el Código de Procedimiento Penal, consignándose expresamente que la identidad del testigo ha sido objeto de reserva con arreglo a lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto. El testigo estampará su huella digital en señal de conformidad con el contenido del acta en la cual se consigne su declaración.
