° Para los efectos de los artículos 20 de la Ley 105 de 1927 y 3°, literal c) del Decreto-ley 1939 de 1986, la Superintendencia Bancaria podrá establecer requisitos técnicos de carácter general conforme a los cuales se entenderán aprobadas las tarifas; para este propósito considerará la naturaleza de los riesgos y las prácticas y experiencia del mercado local de seguros.
