En ningún caso deberá entenderse que la facultad de seguimiento del Fondo prevista en el artículo anterior se extiende al otorgamiento o celebración de operaciones de apoyo que impliquen desembolso de recursos por parte del Fondo respecto de las entidades a que se refiere el artículo precedente.
