Destinase la suma de trescientos mil pesos ($ 300.000.00), para la adquisición del terreno y para la construcción en él de los locales destinados a la Escuela Industrial de que trata el artículo anterior. La inversión respectiva se hará por conducto del Ministerio de Educación Nacional y estará sujeta a los planes reguladores de que para tales casos dispone el Ministerio.
