Todos los despachos telegráficos oficiales que hayan de ser objeto de las cuentas a que se refieren los artículos 24 y 26 del presente Decreto se liquidarán a la tarifa telegráfica ordinaria, aun cuando hayan de cursar por inalámbrico conforme a lo previsto en el artículo anterior. Los telegramas circulares de carácter oficial se liquidarán a razón de tántas veces el valor del despacho cuantos sean los lugares adonde haya de transmitirse.
