Art. 29. En deber de todo rematador otorgar las seguridades necesarias para responder de su remate en los términos acordados en este Decreto y en la diligencia de adjudicación, debiendo pasar el testimonio de la escritura que otorgue, debidamente registrada, al Ministerio de Hacienda para su aprobación definitiva.
