Reportes de información. Las Entidades Emisoras deberán suministrar a la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia la información que esta requiera con el fin de identificar y hacer seguimiento a las órdenes de pago y transferencias de fondos interentidad e intraentidad.

Parágrafo

La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia impartirá instrucciones para garantizar el adecuado cumplimiento del presente artículo. TÍTULO 6 CONSEJO NACIONAL DE PAGOS (Adicionado por el Artículo 8° del Decreto 1069 de 2025)
