Art. 18.° En los casos en que por no haberse celebrado contratos ventajosos, se encargue a individuos del resguardo el servicio de los Correos ordinarios, llevando estos las balijas, se les ausiliará con un peon o caballería, si el peso de ellos excediere de veinte Kilógramos.
