°. Organismo rector del Sistema Nacional de Discapacidad . El Ministerio del Interior será el organismo rector del Sistema Nacional de Discapacidad organizado por el artículo 5 de la Ley 1145 de 2007, con todas las competencias y funciones que allí se establecen.

Parágrafo

Las funciones asignadas al Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, en calidad de instancia rectora del Sistema Nacional de Discapacidad en normas diferentes a la Ley 1145 de 2007, estarán a cargo del Ministerio del Interior.
