Articulo 14. Vacante en la junta directiva . Se estimará que ha renunciado al cargo de la Junta Directiva que se abstenga, sin justificación, de concurrir a tres (3) sesiones consecutivas. De ello se dará cuanta al señor Presidente de la República para asegurar su reemplazo durante el resto del periodo.
