Con el ánimo de garantizar el derecho al pago oportuno de las mesadas pensionales, Colpensiones podrá recurrir a los recursos de liquidez que tenga disponibles, cualquiera que sea su origen, con el propósito de atender el pago de las obligaciones previstas en los artículos 137 y 138 de la Ley 100 de 1993. Estos recursos serán devueltos por la Nación a Colpensiones, bajo los términos y condiciones acordados por las partes.
