TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 5.º La campaña destructora de la langosta se llevará a cabo principalmente por la destrucción de los huevos en la época del crecimiento del acridio, aplicando de preferencia los métodos nacionales reconocidos como eficaces.

Si en el país o fuéra de él alguno o algunos hubieren ya descubierto o descubrieren procedimientos para destruir la langosta que sean verdaderamente eficaces, en concepto del Gobierno, este podrá negociar directamente con los inventores la aplicación del procedimiento y la compra del respectivo específico.
