Art. 1.° Derógase el Decreto número 51, de 24 de Agosto de 1900, por el cual se creó la Provincia de La Palma, en el Departamento de Cundinamarca. En consecuencia, los Municipios que la componían volverán, desde la sanción del presente Decreto, á las Provincias á que pertenecían antes de la expedición de aquel Decreto.
