º. Idioma . Cuando la persona designada en provisionalidad debiere acreditar el requisito del idioma, además del español, consagrado en el artículo 61, literal a), numeral 4, del Decreto 1181 de 1999, deberá presentar ante la Dirección General de Desarrollo del Talento Humano, certificación expedida por establecimiento, institución o entidad educativa, oficialmente aprobada para la capacitación en el idioma que hubiere indicado el aspirante como de su conocimiento. A falta de dicha certificación, este requisito se demostrará mediante afirmación escrita que en tal sentido hiciere el aspirante a la designación en provisionalidad.

Parágrafo

No aplicará lo previsto en este artículo cuando la designación en provisionalidad tuviere como destino un país cuyo idioma oficial sea el idioma español.
