ARTICULO 30. Adecuación de la Estructura Interna y de la Planta de Personal. La junta directiva del ICETEX procederá a determinar las modificaciones a la estructura interna y a la planta de personal, que sean necesarias de acuerdo con lo previsto en el presente Decreto, dentro de los cuatro (4) meses siguientes a su vigencia. La planta de personal que se adopte entrará a regir para todos los efectos legales y fiscales a partir de su publicación.
