º Porcentaje para ciudades de más de 1.000.000 de habitantes. Cuando se trate de ciudades con más de 1.000.000 de habitantes, de acuerdo con los datos del último censo registrados en el Dane, el cincuenta por ciento (50%) del producto correspondiente al porcentaje del impuesto predial a que se refiere el presente Decreto, será destinada exclusivamente a gastos de inversión ambiental por tales ciudades de acuerdo con sus planes ambientales. La ejecución de tales recursos estará a cargo de la dependencia o entidad municipal que se cree o modifique para tal fin.
