° En cada Intendencia o Comisaria habra un agente inmediato del Gobierno, de su libre nombramiento y rernoción, denominado Intendente o Comisario, segun el caso; sus funciones seran analogas a las de los Gobernadores, con las restricciones y adiciones que le señale el Gobierno, el cual podra reviser y revocar todos sus actos.
