° La aprobación o recomendación pueden estar a cargo de dos rectores o directores de escuelas, colegios, universidades, institutos de especialización o de enseñanza diversificada, oficiales o privados, o de los decanos de las facultades, con el visto bueno del rector. En ese caso bastará la certificación correspondiente.
