ARTICULO 46. Funciones del Fondo de Desarrollo Comunal del Ministerio de Gobierno. - A partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, el Fondo de Desarrollo Comunal del Ministerio de Gobierno tendrá como objeto exclusivo contribuir al funcionamiento del sistema de participación comunitaria en los aspectos de capacitación y formación, y no podrá realizar actividades de cofinanciación sobre las materias que constituyen el objeto de los Fondos de Cofinanciación regulados en el presente estatuto.
