La representación legal de las Cámaras de Comercio recaerá en el Presidente Ejecutivo y uno o más suplentes, en ambos casos nombrados por la Junta Directiva, según lo determinen sus estatutos. El Presidente Ejecutivo y sus suplentes no podrán ser miembros de la Junta Directiva.
