Cédense como aporte al capital de la Corporación Nacional de Servicios Públicos, y por el valor que se hará constar en las respectivas escrituras de cesión, las zonas de terreno de que trata él artículo anterior, correspondientes al antiguo cauce del rio Medellín, y sus afluentes.
