La presente Ley regirá desde su sanción, con excepción del Artículo relacionado con la vigencia de las ordenanzas del Huila y de Nariño en las Comisarias del Caquetá, Amazonas y Putumayo, respectivamente, el cual regirá desde el 1º de enero de 1929.
