Derechos Por Registro Y Renovación De La Matrícula Mercantil

Decreto 658 de 2017 · por el cual se dictan medidas dentro del estado de emergencia econÃ³mica, social y ecolÃ³gica para incentivar la actividad econÃ³mica y la creaciÃ³n de empleo en el Municipio de Mocoa, departamento del Putumayo.

°. Derechos por registro y renovación de la matrícula mercantil. La tarifa para la obtención de la matrícula mercantil y su renovación para los comerciantes, establecimientos de comercio, sucursales y agencias que tengan su actividad económica en el municipio de Mocoa, será de cero por ciento (0%) a partir de la fecha de entrada en vigencia del presente Decreto y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2018.

Parágrafo 1

La misma regla aplicará para las cooperativas (a excepción de las de ahorro y crédito y financieras) y demás asociaciones que deban inscribirse o renovar su inscripción en el Registro Único Empresarial y Social (RUES). CAPÍTULO 2 Medidas en materia de turismo
