Autorízase igualmente al Gobierno para que, cumplido lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, continúe suscribiendo acciones en la misma entidad, por valor de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000) anuales, hasta por el término de cinco años, en vista del desarrollo de la Cooperativa y de las necesidades de la industria del tabaco en el Departamento de Santander.
