º Los fondos provenientes de este endeudamiento externo se destinarán a financiar la importación de insumos, implementos y maquinaria para el sector agropecuario. Los recursos del crédito en divisas serán administrados por el Banco de la República. El producto obtenido por la venta de las divisas a los usuarios será incorporado al presupuesto nacional para financiar programas de inversión pública en las áreas rurales, incluyendo la fase del "Plan Social para la Paz".
