Queda suprimida la Junta de Defensa y Mejora del Puerto de Tumaco, creada por la Ley 37 de 1924 . Los fondos que tenga en caja dicha junta, hasta que éntre en vigencia la presente Ley, se entregarán al Sindico del Hospital de Tumaco para que se inviertan en beneficio de dicho establecimiento.
