Ajuste del Manual Específico de Funciones y de Competencias Laborales. Los organismos y entidades de orden territorial ajustarán sus manuales específicos de funciones y de competencias laborales, hasta el 1 de junio de 2015. Los manuales específicos vigentes, continuarán rigiendo hasta que se ajusten total o parcialmente.
