º. Vinculaciones laborales válidas. El

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 3º del Decreto 1748 de 1995, quedará así:

Parágrafo 1

En ningún caso de considerarán válidas aquellas vinculaciones laborales que sirvieron de base para el reconocimiento de una pensión, indemnización sustitutiva o para la expedición de un bono pensional vigente. Tampoco se tendrá en cuenta para el cálculo de un bono tipo A, el tiempo de cotizaciones al Instituto de Seguros Sociales efectuadas por un empleador con miras a compartir la pensión con el Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
