Podrá otorgarse el perdón judicial por los hechos de que trata este Capítulo, siempre que el responsable se retracte espontáneamente en el mismo proceso en que se rindió la declaración, versión o dictamen falsos, con la oportunidad necesaria para que a retractación produzca sus efectos.
