° Liquidación de facturas a inquilinatos . Las facturas correspondientes a los inquilinatos se liquidarán de la siguiente manera: el consumo total del inquilinato se dividirá por el número de núcleos familiares independientes que lo habiten, a fin de encontrar el consumo familiar promedio, el cual se liquidará con las tarifas vigentes. El valor resultante se multiplicará por el número de familias que habiten el inquilinato y al resultado se le sumará el cargo fijo correspondiente al estrato socioeconómico en que se encuentre ubicado el inmueble a fin de obtener la factura total del inquilinato.
