ARTICULO 4.2.0.6.3 .- RESERVA DE INFORMACIÓN . El Fondo de Garantías de Instituciones Financieras estará obligado a guardar reserva sobre las informaciones que exija a las instituciones financieras inscritas, salvo los casos previstos en la Constitución y la ley. En general, el Fondo gozará de reserva sobre sus papeles, libros y correspondencia.
