° La "Junta pro-damnificados de Cali", creada por el Decreto número 1893 de 1956 tendrá, además de las funciones de recolección y vigilancia de los fondos que le asigna el mismo Decreto, la de consultor del Gobernador del Departamento del Valle, en quien podrá delegar las funciones que estime necesarias.
