° La Junta creada por la Ley 121 de 1948, denominada de Títulos y Control de Laboratorios Clínicos, funcionará en las oficinas que para este efecto destine el Ministerio. Tendrá un Secretario-Archivero y los demás empleados que a juicio del Ministerio de Higiene sean necesarios.
