Cuando el Gobierno lo estime conveniente, el Jefe de la Sección 2ª del Ministerio de Gobierno se trasladará a los lugares en que, habiéndose establecido Sindicaturas, sean necesarias sus indicaciones personales. Para ello podrá asesorarse de uno de los empleados de sus dependencias. Los viáticos para el traslado serán fijados de conformidad con las disposiciones dictadas por la Contraloría General.
