Los derechos por el servicio de faros a que se refiere el artículo 146 del Código Fiscal, y que son de propiedad de la Nación, se cobrarán así: cinco centavos ($0-05) en oro colombiano por cada una de las cien (100) primeras toneladas de registro del buque que los causa, según la patente, y por las excedentes, a razón de dos y medio centavo ($ 0-02 ½) en la misma moneda.
