Cualquier persona natural que acredite un interés puede oponerse a la solicitud o formular una petición alternativa dentro de los términos señalados en el artículo 10 de la Ley 1ª de 1991. Este término, se contará a partir de la última publicación efectuada por el peticionario con el lleno de los requisitos exigidos, oposición o petición que deberá presentarse en original y seis (6) copias.
